For Major Appliances being Picked-Up: Appliances should be inspected thoroughly at the time of pick-up. If you are not satisfied, you must refuse the appliance to the warehouse staff. Once refused you will need to contact your salesperson for in-store sales or the web order team for online orders regarding the refusal.

For Major Appliances Delivered by TA: Appliances should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you must refuse the appliance before signing the delivery receipt and contact the TA Dispatch team at 1-800-303-7550, then press option # 4. Be sure to report any product defects or damages with delivery personnel while they are in your home. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

All Major Appliance purchases whether made in-store or online are non-returnable.

For all Small Appliances, Microwaves, Parts & Accessories returns & exchanges are at the discretion of TA Appliances and will only be considered within 30 days of the original purchase. In order for your return/exchange to be considered the product MUST be in the original packaging, and unused. For all approved returns & exchanges the original receipt must be provided to TA Appliances. Authorized returns will be issued as a refund to the original payment method as provided on the original purchase date.

Please do not drop off any product you are requesting to return or exchange unless you have been provided with a Return or Exchange Authorization. Product is the responsibility of the customer unless a return or exchange has been authorized and we then have the product in our possession.

TA Appliances reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept returns or exchanges at their discretion. For any returns/exchanges approved by TA, a re-stocking fee may apply. Delivery & Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
