Your barbecue doesn’t need to go into a winter hibernation, with determination and simple tips – you can turn up the heat outside at home.\nimage via Weber Grills\nGetting Ready:\n\nClear the path to and around your grill to ensure that you have clean access to and from your cooking area\nWear warm clothing that is fitted and close to your body – bulky gloves and scarves have a risk of catching on fire\nKeep your propane tank full, your grill may need a few extra minutes to heat up to the proper temperature\nMake sure you have enough light around your cooking area\n\nLet’s Cook\n\nRemember that your grill will not stay or get hot as quickly as in the summer – be patient!\nTry to use low-maintenance recipes that don’t require you to constantly open the lid (burgers, kebabs, sausages, burgers and steaks are great ideas!).
