Whip Up Magic: Aioli Made Easy with the Breville Paradice Food Processor

Smother on a sandwich, dip your French fries in it, or use it for grilled cheese, aioli is incredibly versatile and delicious but can also be intimidating to make yourself. Using a food processor, like the all-new Breville Paradice 16 can make this process so much easier and give you a creamy and fluffy aioli in minutes. It's just 4 simple ingredients that you most likely already have around your kitchen as well!


To make your own aioli at home, you’ll need:


  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Oil
  • Food Processor


  1. Begin by adding the egg yolks, Dijon mustard, and garlic to the food processor.
  2. Blend everything for 2 minutes or until it all comes together into a smooth paste.
  3. With the food processor running, slowly drizzle the oil into the egg mixture in a slow but consistent stream. If the oil starts pooling stop pouring until it incorporates in and continue pouring again.
  4. After all the oil has been added, check the consistency. If it's too thick add a couple of drops of water or apple cider vinegar for extra flavour, if it’s too thin, add a bit more oil.
  5. Season with salt and enjoy!


This recipe is very easy to change the flavours of. Try adding chipotle peppers to your egg yolks and mustard for a chipotle aioli, use pesto in place of garlic for a delicious pesto aioli, or add your favourite spices at the end to have all kinds of different flavours!
